Morning-Kick-Start Smoothie with Kefir

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Kefir
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1 Banana
  • Generous Sprinkle of Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • If you take a protein mix you can mix this in as well

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender and let the day start off good.
