2 cups fresh whole milk
1tsp turmeric powder
1/2- 1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 inch roughly chopped ginger
2 cracked cardamom pods
pinch of black pepper
1. Place milk in a pot along with all other ingredients on stove at a medium heat.
2. Keep stirring the pot until milk starts to simmer.
3. Once milk has been brought to a simmer remove from heat and pour into cup. Honey is optional for extra sweetness.
